Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Canadian customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused pens or stationery in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to Zebra Pen Canada

  Send your return package through a trackable shipping carrier of your choice to our designated warehouse address provided during the authorization process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
